Italian Culture and Heritage are to be preserved because
what is not preserved could be lost for ever. Every one has
a favorite recipe that they remember from their childhood
growing up in an Italian household. La Società Italiana
would like to preserve some of these recipes and any family
story associated with them.
We are compiling an on-line Cookbook so we need your help in
collecting a series of recipes and stories in the categories
identified below so that they can be shared with others.
Please peruse and enjoy the recipes we have already compiled
and also contribute with your favorite recipe(s) and
accompanying story. We appreciate your interest and
contribution to this very important aspect of preserving
Italian Culture and Heritage - Delicious Food!
